You are entitled to a refund of the remaining money in your account. The remaining funds will only be transferred back to the same account and using the same payment method as was used to load the fund. The remaining funds is maximized to the amount of your last top-up. You will receive your remaining funds minus an administration fee we charge you for this transaction. These fees may vary depending on the payment method used to initially top-up the account. In order to refund the remainder, you first need to approve the total costs calculated with your account password. Any auto top-ups will be cancelled accordingly.
